Dave Reynolds began his real estate career in 2008 with the purchase of his first rental property. Dave spent 10 years on active duty in the U.S. Army, with one tour to Iraq and three tours to Afghanistan. Dave still continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve. Dave has proven his capabilities as a creative online marketer and aggressive negotiator while conducting strategic analysis and internal audits of local businesses in the Pacific Northwest.

Dave graduated cum laude from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration; majoring in Business Management and Operations. While at WSU, Dave pursued and excelled in the real estate program, earning top performance and limitless capabilities remarks. Dave enjoys spending his time going camping, fishing or target shooting with his son, Kason. Dave's hobbies include riding motorcycles and looking for additional business investments. In the future, Dave seeks to become the foremost advisor for real estate investment options throughout the greater Spokane area.
